The pair of earrings do not have a metal mark but were tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 14k solid yellow gold. Together they weigh 8.4 grams. Each measures 3/4" x 3/8". Down the center of each are 9 square red natural rubies . The 18 rubies have an approx total weight of .75 cts. Set on the outside of the rubies in each earring are 18 round brilliant cut natural diamonds. The 36 diamonds have an approx total weight ogf 1.00 cts. The diamonds range from SI1 to SI3 and H to I in color. The earrings have omega backs with screw posts. There are no backs on the posts.
